‘Shaken’ EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa sent series of ‘terrifying’ death threats sparkling police probe

Police were notified of the threats by bosses at BBC Elstree Centre, where the beloved soap is filmed

EASTENDERS actress Jacqueline Jossa has been sent death threats via social media.

The 33-year-old, left, reported the messages to her BBC bosses at the studios in Elstree, Herts, and police were called in.

A source told The Sun on Sunday: “The upsetting messages were terrifying and a bit of a shock, and Jacqueline wanted to make bosses aware of what was going on.

“They were sent via social media, but sinister enough to raise the alarm and take action.

“Everyone is taking them seriously. Jacqueline is putting on a brave face, and continuing with her work commitments.

In 2014, her character Lauren Branning was stalked by a mystery person in a sinister Halloween mask.

It turned out to be her sister Abi.

And in 2017 she was the victim of a stalking campaign by her jealous boyfriend Steven Beale.

In the summer Jacqueline’s 34-year-old husband Dan Osborne revealed that he was being harassed by a female stalker.

He said she once created nine social media accounts in a day to shadow him.
