The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers hint that Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) may end up accusing Deke Sharpe (Harrison Cone) of stealing designs. Steffy might throw these accusations around without realizing Eric Forrester (John McCook) is working for Katie Logan Spencer’s (Heather Tom) team.

Back when Eric was hoping for a comeback at Forrester Creations, he had a pitch planned.

Eric didn’t quite have enough designs for a whole collection, but he was off to a nice start and wanted to show Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) what he could still bring to the table.

Of course, that plan didn’t pan out since Ridge surprised Eric with a retirement party and shoved him out the door instead.

Eric never let Ridge see those designs, but there’s one Forrester employee who got a peek at them in the showroom.

Steffy immediately recognized her grandfather’s work and was impressed over Eric’s sketches.

That said, Steffy still supports Eric’s retirement since even John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) thinks it’s what’s best for his health.

Here’s where things could get interesting since Eric doesn’t know that Steffy saw those designs.

Was there a reason why B&B let Steffy look at the sketches and perhaps commit them to memory?

Eric has some amazing work that’ll go to waste unless he finds another way to make a fashion contribution.

However, Eric may be wary of stirring up more conflict with Ridge and the others.

Plus, there’s all this “Logan” trademark drama that’ll be going on.

It would be even more problematic for the great Eric Forrester to start designing at Katie’s fashion house right now – at least openly.

What if Eric decides to help Katie and keep his name out of it?

Perhaps Eric could contribute anonymously for the time being and still enjoy feeling a sense of purpose.

Eric and Deke Sharpe (Harrison Cone) seem poised for a collaboration, but that could spell trouble.

Once Steffy recognizes her granddad’s work on the runway, she might think Deke somehow stole Eric’s designs and took them to Katie.

Steffy may cry theft and perhaps threaten a lawsuit, so that could force Eric to out himself as a secret designer on Katie’s team.
