EastEnders fans were left ‘feeling sick’ and said they’re ‘not watching’ anymore as Vicki Fowler and Zack Hudson shared an unexpected kiss.

The pair played by Alice Haig and James Farrar on the BBC soap aren’t siblings themselves but both have Sharon Watts as a sister.

Sharon and Vicki are adoptive half-sisters, with Sharon adopted as a child by ‘Dirty’ Den Watts, who went on to have Vicki with Michelle Fowler.

While Sharon and Zack are half-siblings who share a biological father in Gavin Sullivan, but have different mothers.

Fans were left fearing for Vicki on Monday (November 17) when she accidentally pushed Chelsea Fox’s date Damon to the ground, who hit his head in a cliffhanger.

Vicki was having a bad night in general as she learned Damon was already married hours after being told her partner Ross Marshall’s son Joel is pleading not guilty for attacking her last month.

In scenes aired on Tuesday night (November 18), Vicki was helped by Zack , as he sprung into action and persuaded Damon not to report her after he eventually woke up.

Later Zack comforted Vicki as she explained how much Joel’s attack has affected her in recent weeks. However, in a big twist Zack and Vicki share a passionate kiss.

To add to the drama, it occurred just as Kathy Beale walked into the room, who they’re trying to convince that Sharon doesn’t need to know

Whether Sharon finds out about the union between her siblings remains to be seen, with Letitia Dean’s fan favourite character recently moving to America.

The kiss doesn’t appear to have gone well with EastEnders fans, who rushed to X, previously known as Twitter to have their say on the shocking union.

Meanwhile, Vicki actress Alice has teased her character may be involved in a love triangle with Ross and Zack moving forward.

“Well Vicki insists to Kathy that this is just a moment of madness, and it will never happen again but who knows?

“I think it’d be brilliant because Zack and Ross have such different energies and characters, but they’re also both really great men. I can completely understand why Vicky might be torn between them,” she told the Radio Times.
