‘Batman’ Star Joins Taylor Sheridan’s ‘Yellowstone’ Offshoot

The Dark Knight and protector of Gotham is heading for a more remote part of the country, and he’s adding Taylor Sheridan to his own personal Justice League. Not long after Paramount+ revealed the premiere date and first-look images for The Madison, the streamer dropped a new teaser during the Season 2 finale of Landman, confirming that Will Arnett has officially joined the cast as Phil Yorn, a New York City–based therapist. So yes, Lego Batman has become real life therapist.

According to Paramount+, the series unfolds across two distinct worlds: the rugged beauty of Montana and the restless energy of Manhattan. The story centers on the Clyburn family, a New York City clan navigating loss and reconnection after relocating to the Madison River valley in central Montana. The Madison is set to premiere globally on Saturday, March 14, exclusively on Paramount+. The six-episode series stars Michelle Pfeiffer and Kurt Russell, and is described as “Sheridan’s most intimate work to date” in press dispatches ahead of time.

In addition to Pfeiffer, Russell, and now Arnett, the cast includes Beau Garrett (Firefly Lane), Elle Chapman (A Man Called Otto), Patrick J. Adams (Suits), Amiah Miller (War for the Planet of the Apes), Alaina Pollack (The Surrender), Ben Schnetzer (3 Body Problem), Kevin Zegers (Power), Rebecca Spence (Lady in the Lake), Danielle Vasinova(1923), and Matthew Fox (Lost).

Behind the scenes, The Madison is produced by Paramount Television Studios, 101 Studios, and Bosque Ranch Productions, with Sheridan executive producing alongside David C. Glasser, John Linson, Art Linson, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin, Bob Yari, Christina Voros, Michael Friedman, Michelle Pfeiffer, Kurt Russell, and Keith Cox.

What Other Taylor Sheridan Shows Are Coming Out in 2026?

The Madison is set to be the first of a great number of shows from Sheridan’s pen to hit the Paramount+ screens in 2026. Dutton Ranch, the Yellowstone sequel featuring Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser, will air later this year, while Luke Grimes reprises his role as Kayce Dutton in Marshals on CBS in March. Wes Bentley‘s Jamie Dutton probably won’t appear in either for obvious reasons. Regarding Marshals, Sheridan will be an executive producer on that series, but nothing more. His other hit shows, Tulsa King, Lioness, and Landman, will return later in the year, while Jeremy Renner‘s Mayor of Kingstown will end with its fifth season, though a release date has not been set.
