Smitty Confronts Joey

Everyone in Fairmont Crest knows that Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom) is a dangerous man. He’s not the type of guy you want to find yourself on the wrong side of… well, unless you’re feeling reckless or have a death wish.

But you get the point—Joey is not someone you mess with. Smitty (Mike Manning) knows this, too, yet that doesn’t stop him from stepping up and confronting Joey in an attempt to protect Martin (Brandon Claybon).

Question is, will his bold move actually pay off? Will Joey even listen to a single word coming out of his mouth, or is Smitty about to learn the hard way what happens when you push Joey Armstrong?

Vanessa Takes the Heat

Over at the Country Club, Vanessa’s (Lauren Buglioli) taking heat from Dani (Karla Mosley) and a group of club members who suddenly have a lot to say about her business decisions.

But Vanessa? She’s not the type to shrink under pressure. She fires right back, refusing to let anyone—even Dani—question her authority or her judgment. And adding an extra dose of spice to the moment, Real Housewives of Potomac stars Wendy Osefo and Gizelle Bryant guest star in this episode.

Derek Questions Andre

Elsewhere, Derek (Ben Gavin) corners Andre (Sean Freeman) with pointed questions about Ashley (Jen Jacob).

Derek’s been beating himself up for ruining things with her, and he has no one to blame but himself. If he had been honest from the beginning, maybe Ashley would’ve stayed.

Instead, his lies blew everything apart—and now he wants to interrogate Andre? Bold move for a guy who dug his own hole.

Vernon Gets Real with Bill

Meanwhile, Beyond the Gates spoilers for December 1 reveal that Vernon (Clifton Davis) is about to drop some hard truths on Bill (Timon Kyle Durrett). And not the gentle kind.

Vernon reminds him that he made the choices that landed him exactly where he is today—and he doesn’t shy away from spelling it out. Bill may not want to hear it, but he can’t avoid it anymore.
