Coronation Street’s Will to target Daniel again – after Christmas horror
Coronation Street‘s Will Driscoll continues to struggle with his jealousy next week, as he lashes out at Daniel Osbourne once again. Though groomer Megan Walsh tries to control the situation, could Will’s latest outburst land her in trouble?
So far only Corrie viewers know about Will’s secret ‘relationship’ with his coach Megan, who has been grooming him since before they arrived in Weatherfield. In order to hide her sinister actions, Megan has been publicly dating fellow teacher Daniel – much to Will’s dismay.
As the fake couple seemingly grew closer over Christmas, Will’s anger and jealousy peaked and he attacked Daniel in the ginnel, knocking him unconscious. His grandma Maggie managed to cover up the crime by making it look like a mugging, but upcoming episodes will see the teenager’s temper flare again.
In scenes that will begin on Monday (12 January), Daniel excitedly prepares for his son Bertie’s birthday party. Heartbroken Will watches him and Megan carrying cake and presents next door, into the Barlow house.

Daniel tells Megan that Will has been misbehaving at school, forcing him to give the teen detention, and causing more friction between the pair. Meanwhile, Will is more interested in whether Megan stayed the night at Daniel’s flat and angrily confronts her for the truth.
Later in the week, Will’s frustration becomes apparent when Daniel borrows Ken’s car. As Daniel approaches the vehicle, he is horrified to discover a rude symbol has been spray-painted on the side. But will he discover the real reason for the vandalism?

In the ginnel, Megan berates Will for his stupidity, furious that he has jeopardised their secret due to his jealousy. How will he react to her scolding?
“Megan is a master manipulator and she fears that Will is drawing too much attention to himself,” our Corrie insider shares. “The last thing she wants is to arouse any further suspicion about their inappropriate relationship.
“Will’s clearly struggling to contain his jealousy, though – will he change his behaviour after Megan’s intervention?”
