Dominique Madison Joins Beyond the Gates

Fairmont Crest is about to get a whole lot hotter. Beyond the Gates has tapped Dominique Madison for the recurring role of Lynette Wise, and fans won’t have to wait long—she’ll make her debut at the end of Season 1.
Madison hit the red carpet recently to support her friend and now castmate, Maurice P. Kerry (Randy Parker), at the premiere of his movie Friend Zone, now streaming on ALLBLK.
While speaking with Women for the Culture, she opened up about joining the hit series. Dominique admitted she’s incredibly excited and teased what viewers can expect from Lynette: “She is juicy, she is fun. And she is ready for the Gates.” Lynette first appears in season one and continues to the beginning of season two.
In a recent joint Instagram post shared with Ernestine Johnson (Shanice), the two actresses can be seen holding scripts and celebrating their journey together.
The caption read: “So grateful we both get to play on a groundbreaking TV Show and on the biggest web series in the world! We prayed for all these moments! And don’t take ANY of it for granted! We love our job. S/O to the actors working hard to make it happen! It happens!”
Who is Dominique Madison?
Dominique Madison is no stranger to the spotlight. She’s a talented actress best known for her work in the Sony feature Superfly, the critically acclaimed series King Ester (nominated for five Daytime Emmys), OWN’s hit drama Greenleaf, and All the Queen’s Men.
Outside of acting, Dominique is also a writer. Born in Chicago, she moved to the East Coast when her father—a Navy aviation machinist—relocated the family.
She studied film in New York and Atlanta while working as a flight attendant. Her big break came in 2018 with the release of Superfly. In 2020, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue more acting opportunities, and she hit the ground running. Within six weeks, she booked her first national commercial, an ad for Nugenix.
That same year, she starred as Stephanie in the short film 21st & Colonial, which earned recognition at WorldFest Houston, the International Film Festival Manhattan, and the Asian World Film Festival. And with her combat training and motorcycle skills, Dominique can even do her own stunts.
Welcome to Beyond the Gates, Dominique!
