On today’s General Hospital recap:

Sonny Defends Rocco!

Ric tells Sonny he had a deal with Justine, so Sonny questions why she double crossed Rocco. Justine says she had to follow the evidence, but Sonny says she ambushed them after making a deal. She says she couldn’t ignore the evidence, but Sonny says he wants Rocco released.

Sonny says Rocco didn’t destroy the lab and Justine fell for Dalton’s lies. She says she’s doing her job, and Sonny just doesn’t want to believe Rocco is guilty. Justine asks how sure he is that Rocco is telling the truth. Sonny says Rocco is a sweet, kind boy but Justine says Dalton had photographic proof. Sonny says Dalton could have trashed his own lab to frame Rocco. She says people need to pay when they break the law.

Justine promises Dalton’s evidence will be thoroughly checked out and a jury might be more inclined to go easy on Rocco. She says she has to pursue justice on Dalton’s behalf. Sonny says Rocco’s future is on the line.

Britt and Emma Face Off on General Hospital!

Britt confronts Emma and accuses her of getting Rocco to steal the key fob from her bag and now he’s heading to prison. Emma says she thought Dalton was testing on animals, but he wasn’t. Britt says Rocco is suffering the consequences of Emma’s actions. Emma claims Rocco has his own thoughts and Britt realizes the interest Rocco was showing in her was just to get the key.

Emma admits she asked Rocco to steal the fob but that he wants to get to know Britt. She says Rocco is facing felony charges because of Emma and not to involve Rocco next time. Emma apologizes but Britt doesn’t think it’s enough.

Lulu tells Carly she needs to do something drastic to stop Rocco from going to jail. She says she won’t let a small mistake ruin his life and Carly agrees. Lulu believes Dalton faked the photos of the destruction and needs Danny and Charlotte to come forward but she can’t let them do so until she knows they’re protected. Lulu brings up what happened to Michael all those years ago and how wrong she and Dante were.

Alexis and Felicia Conspire!

Felicia informs Alexis that Portia would occasionally go to the mansion to update Monica on the hospital going on. Alexis doesn’t know why Portia would shoot Drew and wants Felicia to find out what the conflict is between them. Alexis just wants reasonable doubt. Ric interrupts to talk to Alexis and tries to strike a truce.

Ric says he heard Danny and Charlotte were with Rocco in the lab and needs the to come forward. Alexis says Danny coming forward will hurt him and doesn’t trust Ric, who counters he can give her Portia as a possible suspect in Drew’s shooting.

Portia’s Alibi Is Called Into Question!

Curtis asks about Portia’s prenatal checkup, and she tells him things are right on track. He is ready to tell everyone, but Portia says it’s a geriatric pregnancy and that she wants to wait to announce anything. Curtis says Stella has figured it out and thinks they should stay together for the sake of the baby. Portia says she saw Curtis and Jordan kissing and that it won’t work. Curtis spots the sonogram and asks to keep it.

Trina tells Kai she’s going to tell her parents they were at Drew’s the night he was shot. She says Jordan is sniffing after her father and thinks that her parents will stay together if they know Drew doesn’t have leverage anymore. Kai says it’s possible the marital issues have nothing to do with the blackmail. Kai points out Portia doesn’t have an alibi for that night.

Dante and Gio Do Battle!

Dante tells Brook Lynn that Rocco has been taken to juvie in handcuffs. Gio overhears them wonder how Rocco got involved in something like this, and he comes forward to admit he’s at fault. Gio says he and Emma thought Dalton was testing on animals and recruited Danny, Rocco and Charlotte to create a diversion.

Gio says they no longer needed the diversion because of the mayor’s debate and they called it off when Ned had his heart attack, but Rocco went in his place. Dante says Rocco just cares about being part of Gio’s family and would do anything for him. Emma comes across them arguing and says she’s the one who talked Gio and the teens into it. Dante accuses Gio of doing this to impress Emma and doesn’t want to speak to him anymore.

Laura Gets All Involved in Port Charles Drama!

Laura tells Liz that things went wrong at the courthouse. Nathan interrupts to let her know he set Rocco up at juvie. Laura says Dalton never mentioned the lab being messed up and that he lied. Dalton interrupts to bad mouth Laura and Rocco and claims to be a victim.

Cameras roll as Laura accuses Dalton of being a liar and he accuses her of using her power as the mayor to make sure Rocco doesn’t face any consequences. Laura says he’s railroading a teenager, and Dalton says she’s mis-using her power. Laura accuses Dalton of being the one who destroyed his own lab and is trying to frame Rocco. She smacks him across the face and promises things will not end well for him.
