The next General Hospital spoilers video for Tuesday, November 18, 2025, shows Sidwell insisting their problems vanish if one person disappears, while Sonny steadies Laura for whatever comes next, and Jason refuses Britt’s request

Coming up in Port Charles

Jason (Steve Burton) informs Britt (Kelly Thiebaud), “I’ll do anything, but not that.” No, he wasn’t quoting the famous Meat Loaf song, “I’d Do Anything for Love (But I Won’t Do That).” She might be asking him to convince Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) to turn himself in so he can clear Rocco (Finn Carr). But Jason definitely wouldn’t do that, although the teasers state that Jason offers an apology.

Meanwhile, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) asks Lulu (Alexa Havins), “So you’re saying Rocco did this to himself?” Since Dante’s always looking to blame someone for something, they’re probably trying to figure out who really masterminded the lab break-in.

At the PCPD, Danny is with Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) and says to someone, “We’re here to turn ourselves in.” It’s too bad. Charlotte should have stepped up so she could clear Rocco of the vandalism charges and protect Danny from Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) wrath that will surely come down on him now.

Carly (Laura Wright), clearly still wrestling with the fact that Jack (Chris McKenna) recruited Josslyn (Eden McCoy) as an intelligence agent, asks him, “Can I accept who you are?” She can see that Joss is doing her secret job for good reasons and may be trying to figure out a way to accept things, rather than take Jack down as she initially planned.

Elsewhere, Sidwell (Carlo Rota) tells Marco (Adrian Anchondo), “If he goes away, so do our problems.” He could be talking about Sonny (Maurice Benard), Drew, or Professor Dalton (Daniel Goddard). The advanced teasers also state that Sidwell is left fuming, most likely from Dalton framing Rocco, which now draws unwanted attention to the laboratory.

And Sonny tells Laura (Genie Francis), “Let’s hope for the best and prepare for the worst.” It will be cool to see these two put their heads together and come up with a solution to their massive problems. Perhaps Brick (Stephen A. Smith) needs to be consulted on the matter.
