The Heart of the Matter

On the Thursday, November 20, episode of General Hospital, spoilers tease that Chase (Josh Swickard) continues pushing forward with his investigation. Is that the one where he’s trying to help free Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) by disproving Michael’s (Rory Gibson) alibi, or is it about something else? Meanwhile, Nina (Cynthia Watros) is at Brown Dog meeting with someone unseen. “Why exactly did you want to see me?” she asks. Does this have anything to do with Chase and his off-the-books investigation, or is there someone else who may need Nina’s help?

Speaking of helping, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has been busy trying to save the teens (Finn Carr), Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) and Charlotte (Bluesy Burke), but she hasn’t forgotten her other client, Willow. She meets with the young woman, accused of shooting Congressman Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). “Just tell me, I’ll do anything,” Willow assures her lawyer. What exactly does Alexis want her to do?

Watch Your Step

Lucas (Van Hansis) and Marco (Adrian Anchondo) dine with Ava (Maura West) at the Metro Court. “If that were to happen, you and I would have a serious problem,” Ava tells Marco once the two of them are alone. Elsewhere in the Metro Court, Lucas is in the elevator with his sister, Carly (Laura Wright). “If you can’t get on board, then you’re the one I’m going to have to cut out,” Lucas insists, surprising Carly.

Michael introduces Jacinda (Paige Herschell), the woman he has been seeing, who also happens to be his alibi, to his father, Sonny (Maurice Benard). “Wouldn’t it be nice to get two miracles in one night?” Sonny asks. The first miracle must be the election going his way. Are the results back on the measure that gives voters the power to take away Sonny’s piers? Is that the other miracle Sonny is hoping for, or is he referring to his grandson Rocco and his court case?

On Spoon Island, Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) is visibly shaken. “Why would you do that?” she asks Sidwell (Carlo Rota) after he shoots Dalton (Daniel Goddard) directly in the chest. Spoilers tease that Laura (Genie Francis) makes a shocking discovery. Will she find the professor’s body, or will she stumble upon something else just as awful?
