General Hospital Spoilers Video: ‘Will You Marry Me?’

The General Hospital spoilers video for November 25 previews a proposal, a request, a threat, and lots more! Kicking things off, Drew (Cameron Mathison) gets down on one knee before Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and pulls out a ring. “Will you marry me?” he asks. It’s only natural that Willow would look a little uncertain at his proposal, given how disastrous their first trip down the aisle was. But is she really willing to risk it all again and say yes?
Meanwhile, at the hospital, Liz (Rebecca Herbst) is chatting with Michael (Rory Gibson) about his ex-wife. “Do you think I should give Willow access to the kids?” he wonders. The show’s official teasers indicated that Elizabeth goes to bat for Willow. Might she be advocating on her fellow nurse’s behalf with Michael And if so, would that be enough to persuade him to let Willow see Amelia and Wiley?

While out for a meal with Nina (Cynthia Watros), Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) reveals an ulterior motive for their get-together. “I need you to use your editorial powers for good,” she announces to her niece, Crimson‘s top banana. And teasers indicate that Nina makes an admission, so might she have a surprise for her aunt as well? Either way, from the expression on Nina’s face, she seems skeptical of Obrecht’s ask.
Next, at Wyndemere, Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is shown stating the obvious when he informs Ava (Maura West), “I am not a gracious loser.” But now that Measure C was defeated in the election, what other method will Sidwell stoop to in order to wrest Sonny’s piers from him?
Nathan (Ryan Paevey) and Lulu (Alexa Havins) bonded over picking up their lives after years away from their loved ones, and he’s been on her side as her son was arrested and then framed for a crime he didn’t commit. But even his help can only stretch so far. “I can’t stay,” he says to her. “And neither can you.”
Teasers say that Britt is appalled, and she’s clearly visibly distressed by the cuts and bruises she sees on Rocco’s (Finn Carr) face when she visits him in the juvenile detention facility. “He’s liable to make things worse for you,” she cautions. But who is she worried could hurt Rocco even more than he’s already been hurt?
The promo ends at the police station, where Sonny (Maurice Benard) continues his crusade to set Rocco free. The dimpled don once again pushes Justine (Nazneen Contractor) to do the right thing (or at least what he sees as the right thing!). “Get him out of there,” he orders with a roar. “Or I will!” Are the acting DA’s hands tied, or is there some loophole she could use to get Rocco back home to his family in time for Thanksgiving?
